Cancellation Policy

Time Changes or Cancellation

To cancel your lesson, simply send me an email and wait the email to confirm the cancellation.

​However, please note that I must receive it 24 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. Please further note that if you follow this recommendation, then the cancelled lesson will be rescheduled later – no problem.

However, if you do not turn up for the lesson or formally cancel the lesson a few hours before the scheduled start you will lose that lesson.

Please be on time for your online lessons. I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. If you haven’t arrived in that 15 minutes, I will stop waiting and go offline on Skype. As a result, you will then lose this lesson from your package – sorry.

Trial Lesson

The trial lesson is 1$ and lasts between 25 minutes. You are under absolutely no obligation to take any more lessons after the trial lesson. When you purchase a trial session, you also agree with the following:

Payment for trial sessions is nonrefundable.In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your trial session appointment, we request that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Payment and fees

Full payment must be made before the start of the lesson. A time must be agreed by both parties before payment is sent.

LATIN SPANISH is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges or other fees.

I reserve the right to change my fees, but will notify you in advance of increases.

​Blocks of Lessons

​If a block of 8, 12 lessons are booked, these lessons must be taken within a 6 months start day of payment.

​Holidays and Sick Days – Teacher

Holidays will be known in advance. For whatever reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent may be used to schedule a future class. If you would prefer a refund will be given.
